ACTION PLAN AFTER FASTING MONTH

June 11, 2018

Ramadan is in last days

The purpose of this training, Insha Allah we have mastered well. We have mastered the ability to: be discipline and appreciate time, be self-controlling, be honest, be patient, be steadfast, be positive-minded, have spirit of learning, and have social and generous spirit.

God willing, inspiration and insight to change our life forward

We also get through the descent “lailatul qodar” on us. Just be poured in the action plan after fasting month. Thus, after entering the month of Shawwal (which means “increase”), our lives will undergo measurable and programmatic changes. Because life and the future we can only change

Through our changing attitudes and habits, As the sage says: “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.” (Henry Ford)

Action plan of post-Ramadan training a year ahead

It contains the targets we want to achieve in the various dimensions of our lives

In relation to God, in. profession, family relationship, etc., whatever we want to achieve in post-Ramadhan, try to apply them. After that, write down what habits should be changed in us. The main thing of course is time management

Arrange and be on time for: worship, work, with family, and rest. Continue the habit of waking up for sahur, praying tahajud and pray. Continue to control the mind and the five senses, always be positive thinking.

We may also set our target alms, both the nominal and the beneficiary’s range

Then work with a focus on progress. Every day there must be progress for our target. Oh yes … do not forget to include the names of relatives, friends, acquaintances and those who have been instrumental in the journey of our lives.

What we are targeting to be able to visit one another. Because we know that silaturrahmi prolongs life and opens the door of rizki

May we continue to change and improve ourselves, And prepare ourselves to fulfill His call.

Hopefully we will be “satisfied” when facing Him. And … Allah also ridlo see our charity, and receive us back. Aamiiin.

LEARNING OUTCOMES OF FASTING # 8

June 10, 2018
GENEROSITY
When the fasting person feels hungry and thirsty during the day, So he was advised to be aware and grateful for his situation, that later in the afternoon it would almost certainly have been available to eat and drink for him. While remembering the suffering of the poor who feel hungry everyday, and certainly nothing to eat, or if there is, must be obtained with difficulty.
The hope of the fasting man to be inspired to give alms
Until then he became a philanthropist

Generosity, the essence will return to self
Both kindness (blessings) in rizki and his life
And in his personal health
Because generosity creates happiness
At the time of alms, in one person will appear
Love hormone (oxytocin) in large quantities *
It makes it healthier and happier, feels needed,
And feels to have a long-term goal (akhirat)
May this be one proof of the truth
The Word of God:
إن أحسنتم أحسنتم لأنفسكم وإن أسأتم فلها
If you do good (means) you do good for yourself and if you do evil then it is for yourself … (Q.A. Al-Israa: 7)

Fasting itself is healthy for the human body
Added with the happiness that comes with alms
That multiplies immunity and healthy
Indeed, it brings a great blessing
Not only is the reward and heaven waiting tomorrow there
But the blessing is acceptable in the world
Subhaanallah .. God, who is very Love to all His servants
Who gave all His Shari’ah
For the good and the success of human life, the world and the hereafter

CALLING TAKBIR WITH HEART

June 14, 2018

Like troops, right now we’re back from a big war

And victory in the face of the enemy

That is within us

It is one with self, and may have long been the master of this self

That is lust, greed, egoism, anger, etc.

That is why we say takbir and tahmid

As a sign of joy, it also contains recognition

God is Great, we are all small, meaningless

Powerless, powerless, except with His help

So, not worth at all patting the chest

And think of victory as our own effort

Therefore, strike with the sentence tahmid

He is the one who should be praised, we are not worthy of praise

We are full of defects, disgrace and sin

It is only because of God’s mercy that the disgrace is still covered by Him

So we praise for Him and thank to Him

For His help, for His mercy and compassion

Then … when it has acknowledged the greatness and glory of God

And realize the many disgrace and sin upon yourself

Surely we will always be humble and hopeful of His forgiveness and ridho

And … surely we will be humble in the sight of men

No longer hesitate and prestige to admit mistakes and apologize to others

To light our load

The apologetic expression actually implies

That we have forgiveness too for our brother’s fault

Because we are aware, holding a grudge that will only nourish various heart diseases

The slow but sure, will also hurt our body.

When we have done it

Our journey ahead will be lighter

We also feel better prepared when someday called to Him

That is certain and close, even when, where, and how secret

And we hope God gives a good end for our lives.

Aamiin

WANT MORE TO SATISFY

When an employee can meet the target expected by the boss or customer satisfactorily. Then he will work even harder. He will devote more time, energy and mind. In order to always be able to give satisfaction. He did not want to disappoint, even trying to improve. What ever he could give.

Take the example of a teacher of 6th grade of elementary school who is given the responsibility of delivering the exam. Once he accepted the responsibility, and succeeded. All of his students graduated with exciting achievements. Both the school and the parents are satisfied and appreciated. Thus, it makes him “addicted”. Naturally, he further redoubled his efforts. So that next year, at least the same achievement he achieved. He will not want to disappoint and will never loosen his effort.

Why give satisfaction makes it addictive?
Because that means the peak fulfillment of human needs. That is the need to actualize, the need to be acknowledged. He is not just “exist”, but can “be exist”. This is one of human characteristics, that is existence. In addition, giving satisfaction is one source of happiness. And, man is the only creature who can feel happiness through appreciation of the work and the struggle. Therefore, try to make people satisfied with your work. Create your own addiction to give satisfaction. Undoubtedly you will work more and more enterprising. And God willing, your life will be happier

Happy preparing for Monday …

4 LEVELS OF WORKING

Ideally everyone who works, understands the four levels of working, and strives through it. These four levels are like climbing. The more we can ride, the more we feel excited. Working is just the same, it is more exciting, challenging, and exciting. And, if it can reach the top of the level. Then there will be an indescribable satisfaction.

First, the lowest level is to work on assignment. What is commanded and obligatory. Implemented with the best. The target of this level is for all tasks to be completed. So no complaints from the directors, friends or customers. Workers who can pass this level, will feel safe. He will not be hunted by unresolved demands

Second, it is doing what is necessary even if it is not ordered. Sometimes assignments from directors or customer requests. It is not detailed and comprehensive. Supposedly, if there are spaces to be done, it should be solved, even if it is not ordered. If a worker can do this, he will feel comfortable. He is free from the guilt of having done. What should be done even if it is not ordered. It has an initiative based on responsibility and duty.

The third stage, is to do what is possible. After the tasks and responsibilities are done. This worker has initiative and creativity. To do what might be done within the scope of the task. Something that is not just an obligation and a necessity. Something that had not been done before. Something that brought progress. Workers who are up to this level, will feel appreciation. Customers, friends or superiors will appreciate it.

The highest rate is when a person does what was before, or according to many people, was considered impossible. When he began to do that, many people doubted and even many are opposed. But with confidence, sincerity and perseverance he can do it. He works very hard, to dare to take risks. The result is a monumental work that people admire and remember. This is the peak of job satisfaction and meaningfulness of life. This is the highlight of the offering to the God who has brought it to the world ..

What level are we at?

Good Sunday’s Night

BECOME A LEGEND IN WORKPLACE

In a company or institution, usually many of its staff from the lowest staff until the top leadership all work to carry out its duties and functions. There are special, there are ordinary, and some are disappointed. All will get an assessment from the boss or the customer. If you work exclusively in the eyes of customers or partners then you will become a legend.

There are four ways to become a legend in the workplace.
First, it should be able to give more than it promised. Is it more satisfying, or faster to complete.
Second, always do the job better than before. The more days, the less errors or deficiencies.
Third, always imagine having work result. What his colleagues, bosses, or customers can admire is to keep searching and asking, what would impress his boss, what would have amazed his customers. Having obtained the idea, occupied until it becomes real.
Fourth, always evaluate performance achievements and ensure all tasks and targets have been exceeded.

What is the need to try to become a legend? Because that is the essence of our life history that is, our history in work and create a work. In addition, being a legend means that we deserve to be paid more than we receive and if the institution can not, be sure God will fulfill it from the direction we did not expect.

THE PEAK OF SCIENCE

Seeking knowledge is obligatory for every human being since it is still in the cradle, to the grave because man is a being who is always in the process of being (on becoming process). We’re tomorrow morning, it’s we yesterday, plus we are today and so on, never ends until death. What we believe today is true, tomorrow may change because we have new knowledge and experience. In addition, the expanse of God’s Science is very, very wide. As much as we can have is just a speck of water attached to the end of a needle dipped in the ocean. So, we should continue to seek knowledge to be able to live the tasks and functions of life as well as possible

The proverb says “The knowledgeable person is like a rice plant, the more it is contained the lowered it will be”. That is, when people have a lot of knowledge then he will increasingly feel low in the presence of God. Thus, he is always humble in the eyes of men. Nothing to be proud of, exhibited or boasted about. In addition, the knowledgeable man must also fear of God in the sense of not at all daring to deviate from his laws because he knows the magnitude of risk, when out of the instructions and rules made by He Who is the Knower, the Most Knowledgeable, the Wise and The Most Everything .

A piece of the verse below presumes to represent what should be possessed by the person who reached the peak of science.
Al-Quran, Fatir (35), verse 28:
إنما يخشى الله من عباده العلماإ
“The one who fears God among his servants is the clergy.”
